We wanted to thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented and unpredictable times. During the pandemic, we have taken the opportunity to undertake a much-needed complete remodel, so the quality of our building will soon match the quality of medicine we are delivering. We are getting close to finishing the project, and wanted to update you on progress and some interim changes to improve service.
We are in the final phase of our remodel, updating our waiting room, exam rooms, and treatment area (including a dedicated cat treatment area) after having moved the dental and surgical suites into Building 2 (which was formerly called The Pet Stop). We expect to have the remodel completed on or around June 1st, less than two months from now, which will allow us to see you and your pets in-person!
Effective immediately, we are offering you the ability to pre-pay for your medications and/or prescription food when you order them over the phone, and then walk into Building 2 to pick up these pre-paid items. This new approach is in response to longer than typical wait and hold times, and is designed to save you time and improve your experience.
Moreover, you will be able to pick up your pets in-person, after their exam or treatment is completed. Once your pet is ready for discharge, we will call you, and you can then pay over the phone for the services provided. You can then come into Building 2, and pick up your pet and any send home medications.
