Hospital Updates

We have some exciting news to share with you!  As of June 1st, we are welcoming all of our clients back into our newly remodeled hospital!  We want to thank you for your patience and continued support during these difficult times, and are so excited to be able to see you and your furry family members in person!

We do have a few things that we want to make you aware of:

  1. You will no longer need to call us from the parking lot to check in for your appointments. You can simply walk into the main hospital. However, we are limiting the number of people that can accompany their pets into the hospital for their exams to no more than two people.
  2. If you have dropped your pet off for any services to be performed, you can just come into the main hospital to pick-up.
  3. If you are picking up pre-paid medication or food, you can pick those up in Building 2.  Again, there is no need to call.  If there is no receptionist at Building 2, or if the glass door is locked, please just go to the main hospital.
  4. We will be requiring masks to be worn when you enter the main hospital and Building 2.  This is not only for the continued safety of our staff, but to also ensure your safety as well.  If you choose not to wear a mask, you can call when you arrive and wait in the car, or outside of the hospital, until we send an employee to get your pet (i.e., the procedure used during the pandemic).

These past two years have been challenging for everyone, including our staff.  We do ask for your continued patience during the next few weeks as we work out any kinks in our new protocol.  We appreciate your continued support and hope to see you all soon!
